The Somerset Guild of Craftsmen promotes the best of design and craftsmanship in the county. They have a wonderful centre worth visiting in the heart of Wells just off Broad Street where I have some of my work.
Somerset Arts Works (SAW) is a non profit making organisation promoting the Visual Arts and creating opportunities for Artists and Makers in Somerset.
The Association of Woodturners of Great Britain is dedicated to the advancement and promotion of woodturning. It has over 3000 members and 50 affiliated local groups.
Yandles of Martock is my favourite local supplier for tools, machinery and timber. It also has an lovely gallery where I can display and sell my work. Look out for its half yearly woodworking shows in April & September
